Posture Pump Spine Trainer
|
Posture Pump Spine Trainer carefully lifts and separates the back joints in a new way. The Posture Pump Elliptical Rockers Unique expanding
air cells angled into the spine activate the "bellows or sponge-like" function of the discs, producing a warm, relaxed feeling through the back.
Disc joint lubricator patented up and down motion reinforces the spine's natural shape and promotes joint lubrication, joint nutrition, flexibility and correct posture. The lumbar spine rocker has built-in rocking mechanism allows you to excercise your abdominal muscles while shaping & stretching the lower back. 2 uniquely angled air cells in disc joint hydrator create ulti-vectored force and
promote disc & joint lubrication. Dual inflation mechanism gradually lifts, stretches and separates the joints.

| (A) Abnormal Type 3 Movement |
|
(B) Normal Leteral Bending |
(A) Note on left leteral bending, the spine is locked- low at L-4/L-5 (Black Arrow). This Disc block subluxation or liquid lock forces the spine right, moving the apex of lateral flexion into the thoraco-lumbar region. Imagine the tremendous compressive and shearing forces the locked joint must now endure. Is it any wonder so many discs in this area appear shredded on autopsy.
(B) Same patient now in right lateral bending, note the uniform nuclear shifts as the disc fan open to the left L-4/L-5 disc remains static.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. My muscles were sore a day or two after my Posture Pump® workout. Is this normal?
A. Just like performing any new exercise, an aggressive workout with the Posture Pump® can temporarily make you sore. To reduce
this occurrence, inflate the exerciser at lower levels and keep your workouts under 10 minutes for the first 2 weeks. This will allow
your body to gradually adapt to a more aggressive workout.
Q. After Ive finished my workout on the Posture Pump® Elliptical Back Rocker (Model 2000) my back feels stiff when Im trying to get off.
A. In addition to the above question/answer its best to stretch your back out prior to getting off the unit. After youve completed
your workout on the Posture Pump® Elliptical Back Rocker and youve deflated all air cells; gently bring your knees to your chest
one at a time for 5 seconds each. Then bring both knees to your chest (the best you can) and hold for 5 seconds then release.
Gently roll off the exerciser onto your left or right side slowly and carefully before rising.
Q. Ive heard that using ice on a sore back is a good thing, can I use it while on the Posture Pump®?
A. Yes. When using the Posture Pump® Elliptical Back Rocker you can place a cold gel pack over one of the air cells, usually the
lowest pouch, is recommended to speed recovery from stiffness and discomfort. Chronic stiffness and discomfort may take 30-60
days or more to adequately subside. Be sure to cover the gel pack with cloth; never place gel pack directly against skin! Consult
your health care professional prior to beginning any exercise program.
Q. Should I stretch or do a warm-up prior to starting the Posture Pump®?
A. Yes, please be sure to read and follow the instructions to your specific Posture Pump® model, including the warm-up and follow
all cautions on instruction sheet.

Testimonials
"After surgery, I lived with pain for three years. I was always stiff and sore. I found out about the Posture Pump® at a seminar in October 1997. After just three months of use, I was amazed to find that I was pain free and able to move without restrictions. Also, my energy level has been dramatically increased. Miracles do happen!"
- Bill McCarthy, Medical Equipment Representative, Jackson, New Jersey
"I have been a Registered Physical Therapist for 18 years. I started using the Posture Pump® over 2 years ago and have found it to be an extremely effective spinal mobilizer. As life spans are extended, I can't think of anything more important than the need for an easy, effective method of enhancing joint movement. It's the first truly new development I've seen in years."
