| Place the brace on the lumbar area |
Ensure that the handles of the locking system (left side) are under the left arm pit |
Hold firmly the large pad on the front with your left hand. Grab the lower pad on the right side, stretch it outward to the right, then pull it to the front and secure it onto the wider pad |
Make sure that the brace is well centered (handles of the locking system must be under both arm pits) |
