If you would like to return an item, you may do so upto 7 days after receiving the item. The product must be in
new and resellable condition. HealDirect.com will
refund you the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible for shipping and handling charges. Please contact us
for a return authorization code and instructions on returning your product.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping and handling is calculated during the checkout processes. The rate will be determined by the weight of the order and the shipping carrier. You will
be able to review your order total with the shipping before confirming your order.
