What is the return policy?
If you would like to return an item, you may do so upto 14 days after receiving the item. The product must be unopened, unexpired, and in new and resellable condition. We will refund you the purchase price but shipping fees are non refundable. If the product you received was defective or incorrect, we will exchange it for the correct product. Please contact us for a return authorization code and instructions on returning your product. Returns without RMA numbers will either be refused or assessed a 25% restocking fee.

What is the exchange policy?
If you need to exchange a product, you may do so upto 14 days after receiving the item. Exchanges depend on the product, so please contact us for instructions. If there is a price difference, we will refund your original order and you will need to place a new order for the item you want.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping and handling is calculated during the checkout processes. The rate will be determined by the items ordered and the shipping carrier. You will be able to review your order total with the shipping before confirming your order.

When does my order ship?
Please allow 1 to 4 business days for processing orders. We will notify you regarding your order if there will be a delay with your order beyond 4 business days. Products indicated as special order items will have longer processing times.
